Anne Tumlinson
Anne Tumlinson the founder of Daughterhood has spent the last two decades working on improving how America cares for its frailest, most vulnerable older adults. She is also the Founder and CEO of ATI Advisory which leads the nation in setting the direction of aging and disability policy. She serves on the advisory boards for technology companies focused on aging and the board of directors for Bluestone Physician Services and harmony @ home.
She lives in Washington, D.C. with her two children and faithful dog, Sophie.

As HouseWorks Founder & CEO, Andrea took an entrepreneurial approach to service delivery that returns a sense of choice and control to seniors and their families. Taking care of both her parents and making an unwavering commitment to redefine what it means to age, Andrea and the HouseWorks team built one of the largest independent private home care companies in the country. Andrea lives in Brookline, MA with her husband where they launched two strong, committed daughters.
Rosanne Corcoran
Rosanne cared for her mother over a 12 year span starting as a stealth caregiver, to full time caregiver, to in-home, sandwich caregiver for her mother’s final 6 years.
Rosanne created Daughterhood The Podcast: For Caregivers That has been featured in CNN Health, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Barron’s, Next Avenue and others and was named by Agingcare.com #1 in their list of Essential Caregiver Podcasts.and is a proud member of AlzAuthors.
Nicole Smith
Nicole Smith is an author, speaker and senior advocate. Her business background blossomed through her volunteer work with the global social entrepreneur organization Room to Read. Nicole became immersed in the dementia dynamic when her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2021.

Susan Rowe
Susan Rowe is the Daughterhood Circle Coordinator and was a caregiver for her mother before coming to Daughterhood. She has a background in IT.
She is also an award-winning singer-songwriter, and lives in Takoma Park, Maryland.
