Andrea Cohen
Principal, Cohen Insights
Andrea Cohen is a social entrepreneur dedicated to transforming the way that care is delivered to seniors at home. A visionary leader and nationally recognized expert in care delivery, she is a driving force in the home care industry as a business leader, creator, innovator, and influencer. Committed to using her voice to make a difference, Andrea speaks nationally to raise awareness and ignite new initiatives that embrace aging-in-place and support family caregivers. Andrea currently advises executives and organizations on the launch of collaborative cross-industry relationships and innovative partnerships and care models that make life easier for seniors and their families.

Howard Gleckman
Senior Fellow, Urban Institute
Howard Gleckman is passionate about improving care for older adults and finding better ways to support their family members. He’s a Senior Fellow at The Urban Institute in Washington, D.C., where he is affiliated with both the Tax Policy Center and the Program on Retirement Policy. He is author of Caring for Our Parents (St. Martin’s Press) and writes a weekly column on aging issues for Forbes.com. He speaks frequently on aging issues to professional groups, medical students, and the media.
Howard also provides guidance to senior living communities and senior service providers, helping them better engage with the health care system. He focuses on how they can best provide fully integrated care to older adults with complex needs.

Narda Ipakchi
VP of Policy, SCAN Foundation
Narda is an experienced health and aging policy professional with deep expertise in policies and programs that support older adults, including Medicare, Medicare-Medicaid integrated programs, and long-term services and supports. From 2021 to 2022, she served as the Medicare & Medicaid Policy Director for the United States Senate Aging Committee, under the leadership of Chairman Bob Casey of Pennsylvania. In this role, she advised the Chairman on key issues impacting older adults and people with disabilities, including nursing home policy changes, expansions in home and community-based services, Medicare prescription drug policy reforms, and Medicare-Medicaid integration.
