Come prepared to share where you are stuck or overwhelmed. After listening, leader Jean Ross, RN will lead a conversation about how to get unstuck and feel better about the decisions you’re making as caregivers. Jean will share all the transition pitfalls she has seen over the course of her nursing career and ways for Daughters to be a bridge. Nurse and family caregiver advocate Jean Ross, RN will also share ideas to try in the home and community-based resources to look for to help grow your care team around you!
