Grief and the Holidays

Join certified End-of-Life Doula and Grief Educator Karen Midlo as she shares some tips to help you understand your grief during the holidays. Some ideas and thoughts will be shared to help you navigate the holidays. This will be a hands-on workshop so bring your thoughts, your curiosity and your pen/pencil.
