Journaling, through writing or art, can be a powerful self-care tool where you can process feelings and relieve stress. Ann Kline provides prompts for reflection and opportunities to share in a community of safety and support.

- No unsolicited advice; attendees should speak from your own experience using ‘I’ statements.
